When you visit this website our servers records the visit in a log. The log contains the following information:
We store these logs for a month. After the month is up we delete them. The logs allow us to detect when things are not working as expected. For example if our web server is not configured right, or pages are missing.
We store your email address, organization name, and billing address as provided to us when you sign up and sign up for a paid plan of Monocle.
This information is not shared with anyone beyond our payment processor Paddle Inc.
If your site was created for you on your behalf by a Squarespace Designer, they will also see the name of your organization, page title and site url.
You can at any time request to have your personal account (or if you are an administrative user) the account of your organization deleted.
To get information about the behavior of our visitors, DoNoHarm use Ackee. This analytics software gives us insight about our visitors only in general, but not about individuals per se, as it does not track visitors and does not store any personal identifiable information.
